Grand Theft Auto 5 Online - Update & Weekly Deals February 25-2021
Date of weekly update: Thursday 25th, February 2021.
Money & RP
- 2x GTA$ & RP on
- Special Cargo Sales
- DJ Missions
- Stunt Races
- Sumo Adversary Mode (+Remix)
- Simeon Contact Missions
So, this week’s money making method is okay, you’ve got the special cargo sales which is an easy way to make money, however it can get tedious if you spend hours doing it back-to-back, so take a break every now and then!
The DJ Missions (helping Moodymann, Palms Trax, Keinemusik, etc etc) isn’t exactly “money making” but it can help you make a quick buck, the downside is that these missions have a real life 8 hour cooldown, so don’t expect to make a lot of money by helping the DJs.
Grab your friends (or play with randoms) and race one another in the Stunt Races to earn a big cash prize (remember, more racers, more money)! Race fair and clean as no one likes a spoilsport!
Sumo is another fun way to make money, the players all must push one another off the roof of a building or a platform to win. Don’t rely on your handbrakes though as they have been disabled to make it fun and fair!
Just like last week, players can relive the glory days of GTA by playing contact missions! Only Simeon missions are double money & RP so keep an eye out for the $ & RP signs!
- 60% off Executive Offices (+Renovations)
- 50% off
- All Garages
- Casino Garage
- Arcade Garage
- Nightclub Garages
- Arena Workshop Garages
- Office Garages
- MOC Personal Vehicle Storage
- 50% off Special Cargo Warehouses
- 25% off Vehicles Warehouses
- Adder ($600,000)
- Furia ($1,644,000 - $1,233,000)
- GP1 ($756,000)
- S80RR ($1,545,000)
- Zentorno ($435,000)
If you’re new to GTA or if you’re just in need of an office, then take advantage of the 60% off offices + renovations! Owning an office grants the player the CEO title, which allows the player to become a permanent VIP, but that’s not all! Owning an office also allows the player to buy Special Cargo Warehouses and Vehicle Warehouses which is how the player makes money!
In need of a garage for your businesses? Well look no further as all garages have been discounted by 50%! Some may seem like this isn’t the greatest of deals, but quite the opposite. Garages for each property will cost you a hefty sum but it’s necessary if you collect vehicles or need the space for future vehicles!
Talking about collecting vehicles, add more to your garage by taking advantage of the discounts on the Adder, Furia, GP1, S80RR, and the Zentorno! Remember the Adder and the Zentorno? Those cars where the real deal back on the PS3 and Xbox 360, you would see them everywhere, but now? Now they’re both forgotten, but hopefully with these deals, we’ll see them roaming the streets of LS soon!
Here I’ll be talking about some minor changes and other minor deals:
- Free members Party at Casino Penthouse
- Free Drinks
- Patrick McReary random event seems to be disabled
- Two Casino Decorations seems to have been removed, “About Turn” and “Bounce”
Races & Time Trials
- Premium Race: Boots on the Ground
- Time Trial: Down Chiliad
- RC Time Trial: Vespucci Canals
This weeks podium vehicle is the supercar, Vapid FMJ. The FMJ has a futuristic appearance which is intended to resemble the 2017 Ford GT.
If you’re looking for a vehicle that has an excellent performance, then you’re in luck! The FMJ has a high top speed and nimble handling. The downside is that the FMJ has very poor acceleration, but the turning radius and traction allows the player to take a corner at unprecedentedly high speeds. The FMJ tends to spin out due to the weight of the engine distributed against the light body weight.
Also, with this week we see the release of the Weaponized Dinghy! The Weaponized Dinghy (WD) shares the same design as the regular Dinghy with some minor changes such as the engines and backrests.

The WD is armed with a shielded machine gun turret on the bow of the boat, which shares the same model as the rear turret on the Kurtz 31 Patrol Boat (another boat released with the Cayo Perico DLC).

My name is Nomad and I'm just your average student at college who has a love for video games and taking pictures within games with and without photo mode (they’re not that great, but I enjoy doing it!). If I’m not doing that then I play games to pass time! If you’d like to see more of work and in game captures, follow me on Instagram it would be highly appreciated!
